Love the product. I got it because my other steepers holes are too big and my tea all ends up in the cup. but the holes in this steeper are so small it’s almost impossible to get the water in or out. I took the steeper out once my tea was ready, thought I let it drain enough, set it in the little holder it comes with then come back later to tea all over the counter because it apparently slowly seeped out after I walked away. I also have to use something (like a toothpick) to hold the air holes on the top piece of the steeper open when I’m placing it into the water so it will actually let water into the steeper otherwise it just floats on top of the water. It’s super cute though and my daughter loves it.The right size, seals well, and relatively easy to clean. It's of good size, so you'll need a 12 oz cup or larger. Truly happy with it.I was excited to order this set, thinking may be simpler than the larger, silver diffusers that take up majority of tea cup...those seam to be messy and pain to deal with while sitting at desk (at work). This set, although cute, does not hold a great amount of loose tea, cheaply made and diffuser part is difficult to clean. Does it work? Yes. Would I buy again? No. Would I gift to an avid tea drinker? No. Cute? Yes. I am looking for another option that best suits my needs.Shipped quickly, great quality and easy to use. Would order again.One of the metal parts of the tea infusers came squashed rendering it unusable.I searched everywhere for these they work great
