I have tried almost all of the expensive flowering teas, and guess what? This one stands alone. Just the smell alone, quality of the tea, and taste set it aside. Don't be fooled by the pricey one with all the flavors (which I founds weren't always there), this tea is truly delicious and my new go to when I crave a good cup of tea.Update on my original review:I kept my original review at the bottom.I gave this product 1 star before, and I left seller a feed back, the next day they called me and apologized that they sent the wrong flavor, and they were very nice and offered me to send me replacement, and I got it today and I tried it, and I was wowed if this is a word, the taste was amazing it bloom as it should be everything was great, if it was not for the great taste and aroma its for the customer service and this product is Awsometacular!origional reviewok if you expecting a nice looking flowering like in the picture you are mistaken this is just a bundle that look like s*** and taste like one too.I don't know how they have such 5 star rating on this but I started to see this 5 star for products that not deserve 5 stars a lot on amazon, is it a sale pitch? is it the company try to do it themselves?something not rightI added photos to prove what I am saying, and yes I waited for over 30 minutes until the tea got coldThese are called tea balls but they are not ball shaped. I have never seen flowering tea shaped like a log before. It fell apart in the water and by the time it went to the bottom of the pot the water was brown so the flower is barely visible. I have never had a blooming tea fall apart like this in the water. If this is how all blooming teas are I would never buy blooming tea again. I am wondering if the tea I received is fake.I edited my review to add a photo. I made this tea again today so I could take a picture of it. I won't drink this because I developed a bad headache the first time I made this tea.Edited to add: I decided to try to take one apart to see what is wrong with this. These aren't tea balls. They are long shaped tea leaves wrapped around a single carnation. Most "tea balls" have different flowers in them included jasmine. These are wrapped in a sloppy way with visible white thread. Some of the tea leaves fall out in the boiled water and make a mess and reveal one single carnation. The outside of the log is kind of sticky like these were dipped in artificial Jasmine flavoring. These definitely not good quality and appear to be a knock off.The fragrance of this tea is out of this world. Smells like a huge blooming jasmine, like perfume. This tea has the strongest floral infusion I've ever seen. It takes several minutes for the ball to bloom. Once it does, you can make several pots from just one. So don't be in a rush to discard it. Definitely good value for the price.I've been really getting into the blooming flower teas. I showed my mom pictures of some from another company, which I didn't like as much it was just a normal tea flavor, it wasn't anything special and they were too small, ect. These are flavorful. You can smell the jasmine and I can definitely taste it! I just add a tiny bit of sugar, tho you don't really need any! Its calming for me at night and my mom just loves them too I got an extra bag for her and a cup she was so excited! Ill absolutely buy these again at the great price! The other brand was more expensive and not as good. I find it goes best with some amazing honeycombI was really excited to try these blooming bad boys out with my new large glass mugs and was sadly disappointed. The flavor smells/tastes very artificial, I couldn't stand to take more than a couple of sips. The bloom was cute, but nowhere near as fancy as the (way more expensive) TeaBloom variety. If you're looking for the prettiness of leaves+flowers without sacrificing quality of taste, I would recommend picking up some nice jasmine dragon pearls and food-grade dried rose and/or jasmine buds. Sure its loose tea, but its not any more of a pain to strain than this brand of blooming ball, and it'll taste a hell of a lot better!tldr;-Tastes grossly artificial-Use dragon pearls + dried (food grade) flowers for better home brew approachI love jasmine tea and this has to be my favorite! The flowers are super pretty and the taste and smell are strong! I love it!They taste great, and it smells great, but it took a really long time to bloom and when it did, it only opened about half way. I bought this as a gift so i was a little disappointed.I'm not sure I'd reorder this particular one.
