Nice product/decorations ... no real glitter, only a 'glittery' graphic.MUST ASSEMBLE (separate all hanging swirls + attach all hanging placards).DO NOT ASSEMBLE AT EVENT/PARTY ... would suggest to PRE-assembly prior to event/party!These were exactly what we wanted. Filled multiple ceilings with these decorations. However, the curls with something on the bottom, you had to assemble yourself. The curl had a hole pop out that you had to put a twist tie through to attach the cupcake or party hat or birthday wish. A little tedious and something we weren't expecting we had to do.So much fun for our birthday princessDefinitely recommend this purchase to anyone needing birthday decorations! They are reusable and I have used them for 2 parties so far.No instructions on how to assemble these. We wound up just folding the end of the swirls and shoving them through the holes on the flat decorations. Not sure if that was how they were intended to work, but that was how we did it. It took longer than I had anticipated. In the end, they looked fine, and served their purpose.You get your moneys worth in quantity, but you gave to "de-spiral" the decorations. The decorations can rip easily if you are not careful. Do not wait til the last to unpack these to put up. Some careful assembly is required, but worth it.XVery pleased. Great quality. They are easy to assemble and stay assembled because of the plastic tags that come with them. Just be careful when separating the foil that you don't rip them too far.Quality of the products was good. The 18 items were too heavy for the coils. The coils were pulled down and lots the effect.
