I use it for fatigue that I have every day.I enjoy ginseng tea for flavor and health. This did not disappoint but the packaging was bad.the packets tear too easily.Love love this tea!!Nasty TasteWhile this tea is okay, and nice that it's Non-GMO, the word "Absolute" on the label was misleading. This isn't straight Panax Ginseng; the predominant ingredient is Solomon's Seal Rhizome. Why put the word "Absolute" on the label at all? Seems intentionally misleading.I came back to reorder this. I think it's a very good, straightforward tea. I prefer caffeinated ginseng tea, but even without caffeine, the energy boost from this is noticeable. Ginseng is one of the most beneficial herbs we have.Excellent
